how do i stop stuttering when presenting in a foreign language

how do i stop stuttering when presenting in a foreign language So I take a Chinese class in school and obviously a big part of it is talking to one another and presenting and stuff like that. I find that one of the most common times I study is when i’m like reading off a slide and speaking in another language makes it a lot more nerve wracking. When i’m speaking in english i usually replace words with other ones to stop me from stuttering but i can’t do that in chinese. Any tips on how I could stutter less in situations like this.
