In Ivory coast ( west Africa ) benefits for disabled people are very scarce and if they exist, they're only for physically disabled persons although they are nowhere near what you could find in first world countries, speech impediments aren't taken seriously, some humorists even specialize in using stutter as a joke so you can imagine how people who stutter are seen and treated, I have never had the thought of asking for special treatment until I've seen people talking about it on the western internet, I struggle a lot with presentations and everyday tasks, so much that my mental health gets really bad when I have to go back to college but I just deal with it. I am curious about the support people with stuttering can get, can someone say more about it?
