As long as the job doesn't require you to give presentations or speak with customers on the phone, it really shouldn't be an issue. My recommendation is just give a heads-up in advance to the recruiter or hiring manager that you stutter, set expectations, and then do your best in the interview. It might take people like us more tries to land a great job, but we need to make sure we make those tries. For me, I can never tell if I'll give an awful interview or just a weak one. I'm happy with a weak one with less stuttering. That's a win. The right job, people, and environment will accept you exactly as you as long as you're a good performer and good person.
