Yes!\* \*If you want to. I am currently looking for work and for me it is something I do, usually. When they ask me to tell them about myself, I usually start with 'I do have a slight stutter, so when that happens, that's what that is' or something like that. For me, it takes away the wondering what they are going to think before they figure it out. By telling them strait away, its out in the open and there it is and there it goes. Sometimes, I don't feel like advertising, but I never hide it. On the flip side, I know people who don't advertise. If you think it works for you, cool. Hell, I once used my speech and the progress I've made as the answer to what I was most proud of, and I got that job. One thing I do feel strongly about is that when you (we) advertise, never apologize for it. It is NOT something you have to apologize for.
