Damn, that sucks dude. I can totally understand how that event would stay with you. It may or may not be any solace, but you went up there on stage because your peers (and teachers?) thought you were an excellent student. You may have stuttered on camera, but I doubt people are going to search for that particular video from x amount of years ago just to ridicule you.
