Definitely see a correlation between sleep and my stutter. On days where i know i got little to no sleep(When you wake up feel like shit, brain fog, etc u know what i mean) my stutter is at its worst. When ik for sure i got a good sleep the night before I notice I don't block on every single thing I try to say and almost feel my speech is fairly normal for a change.I had sleep apnea as a child so maybe having so much terrible sleep screwed me up. Idk, just some thoughts honestly, ik sleeping isn't a cure all but I've always been a kid that likes to intentionally stay up late and do what i want so i might start changing that.
