I started a bank job and idk how to approach it with a stutter So I found out my stutter mainly comes from anxiety, if I’m comfortable with friends I barely stutter, and when I do it doesn’t bother me at all I started this bank job and I also have to take drive thru clients and phone calls, I haven’t answered the phone yet cause I don’t know enough yet, but I’ve done drive thrus, and it’s really hard. I mask super hard so I don’t stutter and make things worse, and I’m nervous to stutter infront of my managers this early on. Since they don’t know me well and I’m still new I don’t want them to doubt me or think I’m incapable of doing the job. But worrying about not stuttering makes it even harder for me to communicate sometimes. Idk how to go about this
