Hey, if I do recall, when I did quit the thiamin in my early 20s, there was a period where my stutter was at its worst. But eventually, it leveled out to be where I once was prior to supplementing with thiamin. I hope you have better results this time around. I am currently still taking thiamin and magnesium, but I'm no longer hoping for it to be my cure. I recently posted a new thread about three weeks ago about how I am reading out loud to treat my stutter. Here is the thread: [https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/1asxsqu/story\_from\_my\_sales\_manager\_at\_the\_gym/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/1asxsqu/story_from_my_sales_manager_at_the_gym/) If you have a quiet place to try this out, in conjunction with the thiamin, this may give you some relief. I plan to make an update thread at some point. Since posting that thread I've read over a thousand pages out loud and while I still stutter, I'm noticing it's less severe.
