I agree man, this mindset is something I've been trying to work on for a while now. What's really making me struggle is the feeling that no matter what, I won't be able to get the word out. There has been tons of times where I'm talking with my gf (the person I'm most comfortable with) and I'm completely relaxed and just focusing on saying what I want to say, but they'll be blocks where it feels like I just can't get it out, no matter what and I just get super frustrated after struggling for 20-30 seconds and give up or tense up to get the word out, instead of trying to "effortlessly" stutter. I feel like I can't ever "effortlessly" stutter when it comes to certain sounds or words that I fear
