It is oddly specific to want some partner that stutter, not in bad sense, but in case you have the chance to be in that situation. I as a person who stutter I loved when my partner just ignored that stuff and waited patiently for me to finish, I love it because she waited patiently with a cute face and because I was in a safe environment I stuttered less, but may be different to other people.
