there so many people who have stuttering issue like yours everyone has there own words alphabet or sentences as i remember for me there are so many words where i get stuck it can be any word due to lack of confidence or there is xyz genetic issue as well try to speak words which is start from ' i as much as possible and try to speak in musical way or rapping it will definitely help dont think about others for now it will improve your speaking best of luck you can do anything .
