"... not from a jedi." Lol. Seriously, though, yes. Anxiety is just a voice in your head tricking you into believing a lot of unhelpful u happy stuff. Anxiety tricks you into believing that something bad will happen when others hear you stutter. What I did was basically exposure therapy. Key thing I did was to allow all negative feelings. 100% no fighting any feeling that would arise. If having to speak to someone made me anxious, I would HAVE to go do it. And I would allow ALL fear and anxiety to be present. 100% allow it. Soon, youll see nothing happens, and people dont care for your stutter. Soon, after truly accepting and allowing your stutter in front of others, you'll reach a point where you do not care whether or not they hear it, OR whether or not they think something of it. I stutter wayyyyyyy less than before, and I feel so much more confident in my own skin with it. Hopr this helps a bit.
