I think you’re right that doing internal work to improve ourselves can definitely improve our speech! Thanks for the inspiration! However, I don’t think Elon Musk stutters. I think he clutters and fumbles his words, but I don’t think it’s stuttering. Just my observation from watching him. Search “cluttering” on google. It can sound like stuttering but it isn’t. Joe Biden is definitely an inspiration though!
