presentation (a success!) I did an oral presentation on one of the key themes of a novel that I studied. I prepared the night before, trying to avoid any blocks and stutters by changing my words and phrases to the way I liked them (I guess you guys do that too ;p) I typed some speaker notes to aid my logical flow throughout the presentation. At the day, I was super nervous (as usual), and I opened my Powerpoint slides And found out that the speaker notes didn't work (they appeared on the projector screen, which should be only shown to my laptop, not to everyone else). I was in panic. Then I was like 'whatever' and started it right away. I did have some stutters and blocks, but surprisingly, I was able to improvise and use different words immediately when I blocked. I got a decent score of 25/30, which is very encouraging, given that I absolutely suck at orals and presentations. And the best part was that the teacher privately told me 'For the most part, you speak without hesitation, which is interesting as you don't often do that in conversation!' A big confidence boost for me. Big shoutout to this subreddit for supporting me when I had bad times. Love you guys :)
