I have one simple tips for you. hope you will get confidence and inner happiness. 1. Do laughter yoga , Practice Silent Laughter , Loud Laughter . it will help you to reducing stress , enhancing mood, reduce tension, Mental Pain and anxiety by releasing happy hormones. 2. Do 20/30 minutes meditation . close your eyes and watch your breath , feels the sensation in your nose. when breath comes in you feel normal sensation and when breath our you feel hot in your nose. just watch don't judge anything. Do this two things for few days and see the magic.
