Yea a feel you man, reading outloud is often a set back move. I'm assuming you are more fluent when you by yourself or talking to a pet, maybe you don't stutter at all. And that just proves you don't need practice talking. You can talk fine. Its only when you are in situations in which people have the ability to judge you if you stutter, ie and humans. The more judgement you feel and the more pressure to perform usually correlates in more stuttering. Reading a book by yourself does not address that at all. It only amplfies the problem because you begin to practice speaking in order not to stutter. And we all know when we try not to stutter, we stutter more. I'm here if you need assistance man
