Panel interview in a few days

Panel interview in a few days Hi guys! I have an interview Thursday where 3 people will be interviewing me for a state department position. I currently work the position as a contractor but is hoping to get hired on fully. I am really nervous as I haven't done one in a while and was hoping for some tips and suggestions. I tend to speak to fast, block and have too many repetitions. Especially when anxious. Some words of encouragement would be nice too😅. Thanks in advance!
