More education definitely helps! Exposure therapy also helps. The first times are always scary, and the anxious feeling might never go away, but it gets easier over time. And if people see you as less intelligent, it is because of their bias! They just suck, not you. Remember that! I noticed it also can depend greatly per work place how social everyone is, and not everyone feels okay to socialise all the time. People are fine with that as well, at least, that's what I noticed about the more quiet people. I just had to make a phone call today and it took me 30 minutes to mentally prepare for it oops. But what helps me, is to prepare a script. Same for meetings. Just making a small list to organise your thoughts. Then it can come out more.fluently in some.cases, and you have less stress about what to say. I have whole ass lists for meetings nowadays
