I'm thinking of leaving but I don't want to leave for at least another 6-8 months as I've booked a holiday so the guaranteed time off and money is nice. I agree, there are too many variables that make mine worse and even better. I hate that I've got it but usually I've come to terms with it and understand it may be permanent. If only we knew the causes
