Does the "Passive Air Flow Technique" work?

Does the "Passive Air Flow Technique" work? I've been reading about this infamous technique - [http://www.stutter-no-more.com/chptr\_09.html](http://www.stutter-no-more.com/chptr_09.html) \- and I'm quite intrigued. I've seen a few people here mentioning it, but I didn't really gather if it brought them any relief from this never-ending linguistic curse that I've been bearing on my shoulders for over 20 years now. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone that has experience with this technique shares a bit more about it. I wonder how effective it is, how long it takes to form a habit of doing it, and when does it fail. Any info is greatly appreciated, as I'm relatively desperate at this point. Be well.
