Wow, I’ve never come across anything like this. As a fellow mild stutterer I find this VERY helpful and relatable. I’ve never agreed with the “come clean” approach, especially when it comes to work environments. It’s hard to be respected by colleagues or coworkers when admitting to a flaw or obstacle such as stuttering. I admire your perseverance and grit.
