Has anyone ever had someone think that stuttering was against the law?

Has anyone ever had someone think that stuttering was against the law? Yeah, believe it or not, back in the day, I had someone think that if I got pulled over and stuttered, then they'd arrest me. And they didn't think that I should be out past daylight hours because they thought that the police would think I was on drugs or something like that and they'd arrest me and throw me in jail. So, I guess, according to them, a stutterer should have a curfew and not go out at night just because they stutter and they might get arrested. I didn't know stuttering was against the law. Do I need a lawyer in case I get arrested for stuttering?
