Don’t underestimate stress (and why you need to get lifting) I stutter as we all do. I can definitely feel a difference in my stress levels on if it’s been a while since I lifted. This correlates with my mental and thus my stutter. It isn’t 1 to 1 but there is definitely a correlation. Please get in the habit of building muscle, eating right, and getting enough sleep (gtfo Reddit). Stuffers aside, everyone should do this but us especially since we need all the buffs we can get from the devs of life. Lifting changes your outlook on life and that is very important. Do not fall into despair and darkness. Also read Berserk or at least watch the 94’ anime. For the gym I personally recommend following 5/3/1 BBB.
