Some stuttering tips. Maybe it'll beat it. 1. Read out loud, alone, at least 1 hour a day. We typically don't stutter when alone, or vastly less. It teaches your brain to get used to stuttering less and even some "trouble words" become easier. Seriously, this helped me 100%. 2. If you're going to stutter, try to whisper the hard word. It's a temporary fix but some/most people who stutter can whisper fine. It also helps your brain get past hard words. 3. Get enough sleep. If I get less than 8 hours, my stutter worsens by at least 25%. If you choose to listen to these tips, great. If any parents with children who stutter want some tips, DM me. I've been dealing with a stutter for 25 years and I've been at the worst scale to the best. Good luck
