In a similar situation years ago, I created a kind of phony radio announcer voice that I used for incoming calls from customers. It wasn't too over the top to annoy customers, but just enough to make me laugh to myself. The humour and the 'not my own voice' worked very well for keeping me fluent and low stressed.
