I would really recommend the Dave McGuire Program. They have a self help book on Amazon that you can download for just about 10 dollars. It’s called “Beyond Stammering: The Sport of getting good at Speaking”. It’s a very wholistic program that focuses on building a more powerful speaking personality, while providing a breathing technique, etc. Or you can do one of their actual program events, which can be found online, just search Dave McGuire Program. No promises but here is a very encouraging video of someone that pretty much completely recovered from using the program. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9avSA1OHqHg&t=1300s But either way, no matter what you do, just keep eye contact with people, smile, speak loud like you want people to hear that you stutter. Stutter on purpose sometimes to send the message to your brain that you don’t need to be afraid of stuttering And don’t avoid words. Best of luck🙂. We’re all on this journey as well👍
