I know that feeling all too well, particularly when I'm stressed. Have you found any coping mechanisms that work for you? I also recognize that feeling of your head being completely 'full' of the stutter: constantly worrying about how to manage it, what others might think of you... and oh yeah, having to remember to breathe on top of all that.
