To me blocks are caused cause i concentrate on the stuttering and not actually concentrating and just trying to speak effortless fluent like normal people I noticed that for a long time i rarely even tried to actually speak fluent, as i was too much in the stutterer mindset of ,, this letter will give me problems, i will stutter on this word etc" I dont get why you dislike my comment tho, different shoes for different people What works for you may not work for me and what works for me may not work for you We should encourage and spread information about stuttering and open dialog as much as possible
