Even though phone and now zoom interviews were difficult , I never disclosed about stuttering. However, after I landed the job (high success rate) I always made sure to let my direct supervisor know so that they know when I have a block that it is because of my speech impediment and not nervousness. Just helps calm my anxiety a little bit. All the best to you!
