I'd usually have 4 or 5 cups of coffee during my work day (it's only these little cups that cost 40p, it's like 3 mouth fulls of coffee) But the day I'm referring to I only had one cup of coffee and I'm not sure when I had it. I know i had it near the end but not sure when it was in relation to my stutter on that day. I've noticed caffeine does sometimes have a small effect on my stutter but it leans both ways lmao
