Here's my take on thiamine. I also read up on the thiamine protocol and downloaded a PDF of it and started taking 500mg (Now Foods) in the morning. It seems to make me feel more "ballsy" (if I use that term) about speaking and maybe more fluent as a result. I switched to getting it from a local pharmacy and started taking four 100mg tablets each morning. At some point I forgot to buy more when they ran out and only remembered when I started blocking more often. On resumption my speech seemed more fluent again. So perhaps my speech anxiety level drops or I have more brain energy to speak on it, I'm not sure, but something seems to change. It certainly doesn't make me a high pressure speaker, but seems to help with lighter talk. I'm still taking four tablets in the morning but now from a company called New Leaf. I guess to check it out again I need to stop and see what happens. If I do, I'll add to this thread
