But how do you talk and not push? In my case, pushing and talking come together. I can't talk without pushing. No sound or air comes out if I don't make a conscious and voluntary effort. So when you say, for example, that I have to let myself stutter, what exactly do you mean? What happens when I stop pushing is that I stop talking, because as I said, i CAN'T talk, I can't produce a sound without first pushing. So how?
