I believe if you have a stutter affected by anxiety like I do. The more you do the things that make you anxious the less anxious you become about them so the less you stutter. It's sounds like that might be your case too. That's why I push myself into uncomfortable positions where I have to talk just so when I don't have a choice I know I can handle it.
