1. The moment when I stutter or when I show visible effort to speak in front of someone is just embarrassing makes me feel helpless and ashamed of who I am 2.No one whom I don't know but I feel that when people know that I stutter they just don't take me seriously, and sometimes I do get belittled by my family and get mocked by them 3. Anxiety of thinking about going in to a speaking situation, like when I go out to throw the garbage my heart rate increase, just because I think a passing neighbor stranger will start a conversation with me or any scenario which involves speaking
