i work in a hotel in japan. rougly about %80 of people that come to our hotel from europe, are non-native English speakers. a lot of them can't speak english that fluently. so.. even there are some that can not speak english even a little. we need to use translator or whatever to communicate with them. idk maybe its just a coincidence but, those are my experiences.
