Am I the only one who stutters only in my native language (Lebanese Arabic) and not in my secondary ones? (French and English)

Am I the only one who stutters only in my native language (Lebanese Arabic) and not in my secondary ones? (French and English) It may be because I think more before formulating my sentences and speak slower in my secondary languages. I want to see if it's something common or not.
