As the other commenter has said, magnesium citrate supplements work well. I like to take 250 mg in the morning with breakfast and 250 mg during lunch. If you decide to try the supplements, I recommend taking them daily and to give it a try for at least 3 weeks before deciding if it's something you'd like to continue or not. It may take a bit of time for your body to get accustomed to the daily intake of magnesium.
