Well, I think that my stutter is mild. In the first sessions with people, I stutter more, but as the time goes by, and I get more comfortable, stuttering is decreasing. It can be good as a therapeutic technique as it is correlated with levels of anxiety, so I can show my clients first-hand that anxiety is decreasing with every minute longer you stay in the situation. When I introduce myself to clients, I always say that I stutter and didn't have any bad reactions. Also, I have discovered that I stutter more when talking with (especially handsome) men than with women and when I am improvising (but it is good that my clients don't know that) :D I have better and worse days, but I am trying to go easy on myself and use my stutter as warning sign - when it gets worse it is time to slow down and do something nice for myself as I tend to bury myself in work :)
