I read another of your post. You seem like a good kid. Regardless of your stutter, public speaking is a skill people can learn. Some people suck others are amazing. If you can practice your public speaking I bet it will also help your stutter. If you're asking how just think about it. Good speakers talk slow. They use hand gestures. They empathize certain works. They take breathes. They are confident. Best of luck. You're not alone. I took public speaking during college too
