Yup! You find out certain stuff that makes your stutter worse/better, or ways to work around it. Personally, my stutter is worst when I lack sleep. But even if I’m well rested, it can come up, so I often change the word and avoid certain sounds if I know it’s coming. And even then, sometimes it just happens. It also helps when you’re more confident about what you’re talking about. I seldom stutter when I’m talking professionally. It’s all years of experience to find out what works best for you, in both navigating the stutter and just accepting it. It’ll get better!
