I'm married now (31) but my stutter certainly didn't slow me down much when I was younger and dating. I would never try to hide it, and maybe even go as far as to make it part of how you introduce yourself or put it on your dating profiles. (Though meeting people at bars/school/activities was much easier than apps) This may be a grey area, but I did and still sometimes use people's reactions to my stutter as a kind of barometer for them as a person. This is to say; if you put it out there early and they don't react the way you would want, they probably aren't the right person.
