For a long time it put it in the shitter. But I just worked on being more confident with it. I can’t really give steps on how to do that you just kinda do it(I know not very useful). It also helps to just make it known you have a stutter because in my experience the vast majority of people aren’t going to make fun of you or anything. You sometimes get the puppy eyes or some patronizing looks but whatever. Bottom line just be open about it and try not to let it stop you from doing things
