I'd rather speak in my natural way of speaking than use a technique that makes speech artificial and forced. Sure, it might help reduce stuttering, but ultimately I'd prefer not stuttering in my natural speech > stuttering in my natural speech > not stuttering using forced kind of speech because of some technique
