Find a speech therapist asap. Also as parents please please speak slowly to your kid. My mother is a really fast speaker and starts speaking without articulating her thoughts and does a lot of a a um, but doesn't stammer like me, also she was always busy and would literally say "tell me whatever you have to say when I'm free coz you will stammer if you speak fast and I don't have time to wait now", that might have contributed partly.
