I hear you :( Personally, a sense of community is what I have looked for since childhood. At 22, I have found this support group and through it, other communities on instagram. To see stutter being talked about in affirmative ways feels empowering to me. I've been trying to fight back and talk even if I stutter, telling myself no matter how much I stutter, I say things that have substance in it and if I do, I make an impact. It's very difficult because I too feel stupid after stuttering half of the time but pride symbols and affirmative talks give me the hope that I just can't do without :) And definitely rooting for the asteroid either way! 😭
