I've been in the workplace for 15 years and nobody has ever mentioned my stuttering lol. I know they know. I give a large volume of presentations and regularly lead large meetings. I have never brought it up except with one person. Honestly, I really don't think they care for the most part. My stutter has improved over the years, but it's still very much there, and now I kind of laugh when it happens during a presentation. One thing I've learned over the years is as stutterers we are very attuned to the way we speak and how we sound. Fluent people don't think about speech at all, except when they have to give a presentation. I've taught myself over time to think less and less about speech. There are so many ways to be an engaging speaker, even with a stutter. When a fluent person tells me they are real nervous to give a presentation it makes me laugh.
