However, that doesn't mean you can't be happy - you say you have no passions, I'd say find one and follow that. Your stutter doesn't have to be limiting, it's just a speech difference - people can absolutely be dicks about it, but that'd be true of something else if you didn't stutter. When I got paralysed employment possibilities took a major hit, and I focused just on doing what will make me happy instead and I'd recommend it to anyone who is able to financially survive that. Best bet at 20? I'd say go into education, but then I am biased as PhD student who started higher ed at 21.
