I'm with you there especially when they try and guess what you're trying to say and then you have to correct them and cause more problems for yourself! Reminds me of the scene in South Park where Jimmy is trying to say 'video store' and keeps blocking on 'store' and the parents just guess ridiculous things like 'sandwich, Jimmy? They took it the video sandwich?' Complete tangent but I love the way South Park represent Jimmy, yes he has a stutter but it's never the butt of any jokes from the other kids he's just accepted as one of them.
