Dude there are gay people who are pretty flamboyant and that's just who they are. They have a really rough time finding employment in the south. I know my boss doesn't hire girls because he's wife won't let him. And it's just a fact that women and and certain skin colors are still discriminated in the US. I'm not just talking about the south. A test was done sending white men, then other minority's groups around NYC to apply for housing. It was amazing to see how many people said nothing was available to everyone else, or prices went up. Simply didn't return calls. This is NYC last year, so there are plenty of people who can claim outside factors as to why is difficult to get a job. In college during the summer I worked in a factory and I made really good money. Most of the time I was the only English speaking person in the room. I would go the whole day was out saying a word. There are plenty of things you can do and not have to talk. Just like any person trying to find a job anywhere you might have to move or consider something you might think your above.
