In the nicest way possible, you're missing the point. It is a tool to help you in situations where you absolutely need it, at least until you get better enough to say it. There are words I struggle with that if I try to say it might ruin my entire momentum I have going. In the background I'm practicing, and I'll even try saying all the words I hate to somebody else just to get rid of the anxiety. But in certain situations where I really need to say something and I feel that block coning, it's a great tool to help avoid that. It's not a permanent fix Youre still saying what you want, just using a different way. If you know something is going to cause you to block, you have to find ways to work around it until you're good enough to break through it.
